Along with the first set of interviews (done July 13, 2008) for his official website, Mr. Dingel offered to demonstrate a version of his hydrogen reactor. This version, he claims, uses a DC battery only as an "exciter" to start a reaction that, once going, can run independently of the battery. The reaction then produces hydrogen, which Mr. Dingel says can be converted into electricity.
